	How do our load workers follow the loading steps? Will it happen that our load workers can not load all the packages in the containers by following the load plan AutoLoad Pro calculated?
	AutoLoad Pro will generate reports t for all the load plans, especially the detailed graphic report. You can just print it out or export it to Excel files. Load workers can exactly follow the loading steps by consulting our detailed graphic loading report. If the dimensions of packages and containers are correct and dead space is set accurately, all the load plans will be calculated precisely. So it is no problem that load workers can load all the packages into containers.

	We have to consider loading sequence when we delivered multi-destination shipment. Can loading sequence be considered in AutoLoad Pro?
	Yes, you can set the loading sequence for packages in AutoLoad Pro. If the packages have to be unloaded first, you have to set biggest value for its loading sequence.

	There are some dead space such as corner casting and air conditioner equipment in sea containers and freezers. Can these dead spaces be considered in AutoLoad Pro?
	Dead space is necessary to be considered while calculating the load plan. Otherwise, there will be some errors in load plan against the real world loading problem. You can freely set the dead space of any kinds of containers in AutoLoad Pro while creating a container. In additional, you can also decide if packages can be loaded on the top of the dead space. Once you set the dead space, AutoLoad Pro will consider it while calculating the load plan.

	Can I have some packages loaded in the same container or have the packages of the same order loaded in the same container? This will be more convenient for me to handle the shipment.
	Of course, it is possible. You can set the same group value for those packages you would like to have them loaded together. AutoLoad Pro will not separate those packages with the same group values on condition that those packages can be loaded in one container.

	Some of our products are fragile, they have to be loaded at the bottom of container and there can not be any packages stacked on the top of them. Is it possible to load this kind of products in AutoLoad Pro?
	In AutoLoad Pro, you can set packages to be loaded at Top only or Bottom only. Beside that, you can set the Maximum Stacks and Maximum Support Weight for any orientations of packages. In your case, you can set this kind of products to be loaded at bottom only and the maximum support weight to be 0 for making sure there won’t be any packages stacked on the top of them.

	Our products just can be rotated horizontally in the load. It is not allowed to turn over whiling loading. Is it possible to decide the orientation of products?
	Yes, it is possible. In AutoLoad Pro, you can set orientations that packages can be rotated while loading. In your case, you can just check the “Horizontal” checkbox in loading orientation for your products.

	We have to put our products on the pallets first and then load the pallets into containers. Can AutoLoad Pro support this kind of loading operation?
	Yes, AutoLoad Pro can support this kind of loading operation which is known as 2-Stage load plan. AutoLoad Pro support packages palletizing or packing first then loading into containers.

	We would like to purchase Standalone version. Can it be installed in more than one computer?
	No, AutoLoad Pro Standalone version just can be installed and operated in one computer.

	There are 5 staff in our division need to use AutoLoad Pro, should we buy 5 standalone versions or a network version with 5 users?
	You can buy either 5 standalone versions or a network version with 5 users. However, standalone version just can be installed in one computer and there will be one hardware keypro plugged in each computer. Whereas if you buy network version, you can install AutoLoad Pro in as many computers as you want and it just need a hardware keypro plugged in one computer to control the licenses.

	We are university school and very interested in AutoLoad Pro. We would like to purchase AutoLoad Pro for educational purpose. Is there educational version available?
